“ Perihelion is one of our favorite breweries! The atmosphere is really cozy, they have both indoor and outdoor seating. They don't take reservations and they can get busy but it's still a go-to spot we like to go either for date night, taking out of town friends/family, or meeting up with friends. Everything I've had on their menu is really delicious. I especially like the Beacon burger and their regular fries or sweet potato fries! Of course they have a great variety of beers and wine on tap and in bottles. They also have some fun non-alcoholic drinks too! They feature some rotating seasonal (food) specials which always look fun, interesting, and creative. ”
“ Awesome spot on Beacon Hill. We enjoyed a burger and the gobi plate, plus lots of beer. Service was great throughout our visit. We sat at the fire table and watched the NFL playoffs. Their selection of deserts looked amazing but we were too full to indulge. ”
“ Stopped in on a Thursday evening shortly after they opened for a nice solo dinner before heading into traffic and had a great time and good food. I sat facing the street across from the bar to people watch and noticed they have a To-go window for walk up orders, love that for the neighborhood folks! Note, you can also order beer to-go at the window I ordered Gochujung wings & a side of fries. The fries came out pipping hot first and I burned my tongue twice before my greedy spirit was willing to wait for them to cool a bit. The wings came out shortly after and paired perfectly with the fries. I had no room left for dessert but the cakes looked delicious and they had the fall flavor of pumpkin cheesecake tart. I was there for just under an hour and whew it got busy, this place is popular for a reason, quality food and great beer. ”
“ The food is fantastic and the servers are so nice. Ordered the bang bang shrimp, crab cakes, and gochujang wings. Not a crumb left uneaten. As a true Marylander, I am a crab cake snob. While I'm usually disappointed, I tend to try crab cakes anyway and attempt to temper my expectations. The crab cake was pleasantly surprising with very strong citrus notes and minimum filler. The atmosphere was chill and I appreciated the fall decor they put up outside to accommodate guest who choose to take advantage of the sun warmish weather. All this to say, we will definitely add this brewery to our regular rotation when we need a break from meal preps ”
“ We came on a busy Sunday afternoon for lunch on my husband's birthday. Though it was busy, we never felt neglected. Service was perfectly timed and our server was helpful. It's a cozy little brewery with in and outdoor seating.. he wanted to sit outside, which was full so we opted to sit at a rail-like seating option, facing the street. I know, it sounds awful, but it actually wasn't bad. We just people watched. On to the best part: the beacon burger. We each got it and were each thoroughly pleased. That pork belly bacon is incredible. The burgers were incredibly juicy, though slightly overcooked (we ordered medium and they were almost well done). Usually this would disappoint me, but it was so flavorful and juicy that it honestly didn't matter. The garlic Parmesan fries were great, especially when they first came and were very hot. After the cool down, they did get a little soggy, but were still good. Both aiolis were great. My husband enjoyed his margarita and I loved the blackberry (I think) cider that I got. We will definitely be back. ”
“ What a great corner spot nestled comfortably in the neighborhood of Beacon Hill. While service was slow (I think they forgot about us) the food was really quite yummy! While a brewery, the real stars of the show are that burgers! Stacked high and delicious, and cooked to your liking. I wouldn't be against going back and exploring more if their menu. ”
“ One of my favorite restaurants in the area! I've been here 3 times and have always been impressed by their food. My go-to is their vegetarian sandwich (Linda's special?) which comes with butternut squash, mushrooms, pickled red onions, greens, all topped with truffle sauce. I've gotten this 2x and have loved it every time :) I got their blackened salmon sandwich this time around and the fish was super good- very tender and flakey with a good charred flavor! Their fries are my favorite- I must get these everytime. I normally get half sweet and half regular fries but opted for all regular fries this time. It's $9 for a huge portion that's easily split between 2-3 people. Comes with 2 yummy aioli's (I believe it's a bone marrow and a red pepper?). Restaurant itself is very indoor/outdoor feel with open windows and doors and lots of natural light! Lots of outdoor space, dog friendly. Service is great and the staff are super nice. Would recommend! ”
“ One of the best brewery's in WA! Beacon Hill is so lucky to have Perihelion Brewery in its midst because it's a wonderful edition to their area. The food here is so tasty and let me just tell you we've tried just about every app on their menu and all of them are to die for. I also like the fact that they have flavorful sandwiches on their menu and even some vegan/vegetarian friendly items. Plus the brews here are out of this world. Well technically they're out of the US as some are imported but you get I mean haha. Be sure to stop in to try a flight and get some apps whenever you're in the Beacon Hill area! ”
“ What a great spot! Very quintessential Seattle. Food: everything we had was great, from the apps to burgers and fries to ice cream bars (they're huge!). The stuffed peppers special was smaller than expected but hit the spot. We snacked on fries (VERY yummy) and bang bang shrimp before even ordering burgers. I had to take half my burger to go because it was just so. much. food. Service: Great! Everyone is kind of running around like the kitchen is on fire (it was a busy Friday night), but everyone was so accommodating that I almost felt like I was back living in South America. Ambiance: Very Seattle. Lots of hi-top seating and the outside was very popular, too, even on a cold night. It seems the main kitchen is downstairs but there is some food prep going on in the middle of the dining room, too. Decent sound proofing--I caught most of what my dining companions had to say! ”
“ Walked by there a couple of times, but Perihelion is a cozy local Brewery dishing out some fantastic eats with a cozy atmosphere. On chili days your welcome to warm up outside by one of the fire pits that are crackling on the patio. Not only do they brew their own beer but they're also making some delicious eats. What we ordered: Beacon Burger $14 BBQ Brisket Sandwich $14 Sweet Potato Fries $8 The burgers/sandwiches don't come with the side so we ordered it separately. And WOW, finally did they give us a load of sweet potato fries. Love how they weren't stingy with the portion sizing like some places I've recently been too. The Beacon Burger was messy and required several napkins for all the juiciness from the sauces and meat juice. Delicious! The BBQ Brisket Sandwich was exceptionally messy but it was so loaded with so much meat and coleslaw, I wasn't sure if I should have taken a fork and knife too it or not. The house-made pickled veggies were a surprise, and really gave my palate a refresh for another bite of the sandwich. They seem to have a rotating menu, working with what seasonal and fresh. Looking for less mess, check out their online menu. They'll surely have something you're craving. ”
